The company started in October 1999, when I finished as section head and logistic manager at the building of the Öresundlink bridge between Sweden and Denmark.
I found out that there was a market for independent surveyors and brokers for large barges in Europe.
As I am a Master Mariner, and had a European network with shipbrokers and shipping companies, it was an easy decision to start this company.
After a couple of month, we found out that there was a great demand for qualified officers in Europe so we decided to increase our activity to include a crew management department. At the same time did we also increase our office staff with an IT-department and an economical department.

The first of July 2002 will it be compulsory for shipowners to have the ISM-code on their vessels and we were ask to help some companies to implement the code on their ships under Dutch and English flag mainly located in the Far East. As this task were both large and time-consuming we had to employ more personnel that are devoted to this matter. It became very soon a separate department. The company is slowly expanding for each month and we have already relocated the office four times.

Mr. Sjölin has a fine list of qualifications, with assignments within a number of different shipping companies. _ Mr. Sjölin also has up to date knowledge regarding ISO regulations and rules of surveying, cargo safety and is certificated lead auditor for ISM.
	Name: Bjorn Ramberg Assignment: IT-Adminstrator. Bjorn Ramberg is managing the company crew and he is in charge of the IT department. He is also responsible for the webpage and the computers/servers of the company. Mr. Ramberg has experiance in areas such as Crew Managing, IT, advertising, webdesign and company network.
	Name: Jesper Daugaard Assignment: Senior broker, Surveyor, Manager for ISM/ISPS, Safety dept. Jesper Daugaard is in charge of Ship broking, Safety department and is our manager for ISM. Mr. Daugaard has been assigned within a number of different shipping companies before he came to work with us. Jesper Daugaard is a master mariner and has many years of abroad experience, were he among many other things has worked as a commanding officer on various vessels.
	Name: Rosmarie Eneroth Assignment: Economy Manager, Insurance Manager. Rosmarie Enerothis managing all the economy matters of the company. Mrs. Eneroth is also managing the insurance for our crew. Rosmarie have worked a lot with bookkeeping for numerous companies before she came to work for us.
